Question 1

How does the online configurator work?

Accepted Answer

Select your tank manufacturer and model, then use the live configurator to add feeding holes, custom cutouts, evaporation caps, and more. You'll see a real-time preview of your lid as you configure it. Once satisfied, submit for a proof and approve it before we start cutting.

How long does it take to receive my lid?

Do you really guarantee a perfect fit?

Accepted Answer

If your lid doesn't fit your tank due to any error on our part, we will remake it at no charge.
